Where to have your baby and your birth partners role.

Options for pain management

Relationship changes - making a new family work

Caesarean sections and assisted delivery

Baby care, bathing and breastfeeding

returning to work and childcare etc

and much more....depending on the groups requests.

All courses include a postnatal reunion of all the babies where you can ask all those postnatal questions and socialise with other parents and telephone support until your baby is 6 weeks old

Our Refresher class includes 8 hours of teacher contact and includes

Debrief of your previous birth/s

Breathing, relaxation and positions for birth

Updated options for your current pregnancy and birth 

VBAC - Vaginal birth after Caesarean section

Relationship changes - Baby with older children relationships

Fathers changing role...
